Why coaching?

Coaching can be a tremendous value to organizations, especially now as new and veteran leaders are being forced to pivot so swiftly while still maintaining momentum, effectively motivate employees, explore innovations, and align their own professional development track. Coaching provides strategic space for leaders to think through challenges, craft a vision, and plan realistic actions in order achieve professional goals while also building resilience and capacity.

How does it work?

Who is the coach?

Learn with experienced and certified coach; Patti Feeney, MS. Patti has 20 years of both corporate and healthcare experience and has coached leaders one-on-one and in groups. Her expertise includes executive coaching, quality improvement methodologies, effective communication strategies, change management skills, facilitation, conflict resolution and QI Coaching. Patti will be your partner and sounding board on your professional journey, providing strategic space to thoughtfully move forward to achieve identified goals

Virtual Quality Improvement Consultations

Quality improvement is a comprehensive organizational strategy designed to build a culture of continuous improvement across departments, and improve quality in all domains of performance.  Expert faculty from the Weitzman Institute engage health system leaders and staff in customized interactive QI discussions in a less formal format. QI consultation sessions will provide real-time guidance that meets the needs of each organization that registers for this offering.
