Quality improvement methods are a comprehensive organizational strategy designed to build a culture of continuous improvement across departments and improve quality in all domains of performance.  Expert faculty from the Weitzman Institute engage health system leaders and staff in customized interactive QI discussions in a less formal format. QI consultation sessions will provide real-time guidance that meets the needs of each organization that registers for this offering.

Group Coaching Experience
