As the Program Specialist of the Weitzman Institute Learning Academy at Community Health Center, Inc. (CHCI), Anna Rogers supports the development of program initiatives to provide training and consultation to health care organizations that want to enhance their practice in areas such as addiction treatment services, team-based care, and quality improvement. Anna previously held the role of NCA Project Director at CHCI and led CHC’s federal HRSA grant to provide training and technical assistance to health centers across the country in practice transformation and workforce development. In addition, Anna managed the NCA budget and all grant reporting activities. Anna’s experience also includes leadership of a team of 15 Community HealthCorps AmeriCorps staff and management of the program which was funded by NACHC and CNCS. “Training the Next Generation” is a motto that CHCI was founded on, and one that she works towards every day. Anna is passionate about building a workforce that is committed to providing the best care to underserved populations.
